Since no connection could be made (actively refused) to the server, which is the local host, I suspected an issue with the service.<\/p>\n<p>The service \u201cHP StorageWorks CIM Object Manager\u201d&#160; provides the WBEM connectivity (an implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Common_Information_Model_(computing)\" target=\"_blank\">Common Interface Model<\/a>).
