SQL : Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created..

During the setup of a SQL Server 2008 (R2) I got the following error:


TITLE: SQL Server Setup failure.

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:

Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created..
------------------------------
BUTTONS:
OK
------------------------------

After the dialog is confirmed the SQL Server installation is closed.

Somehow this problem is caused by an instance of (Internet) Explorer which causes this error. The problem can easily be “solved” by closing all instances of Explorer and/or Internet Explorer.
